Nadzeya Kalbaska

Nadzeya is a PhD Candidate and Researcher in the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Università della Svizzera italiana (USI, Lugano, Switzerland) where her focus is on eLearning use in hospitality and tourism industry.

Originally from Belarus, Nadzeya completed her undergraduate studies in Lithuania (European Humanities University), has Masters degrees from both Belarus (Belarusian State University) and Switzerland (Università della Svizzera italiana) and has spent research time in Hong Kong, China (Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and Glasgow, UK (Business School, Department of Human Resource Management of the University of Strathclyde).

Nadzeya is currently a Visiting scholar at the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute of the Auckland University of Technology (Auckland, New Zealand), where she is working on the completion of her PhD in fall 2013. Her visiting scholarship is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
